Starter
For small teams or anyone just getting started. Starter is €0/month and includes 1 AI assistant, website training for up to 500 pages, 200 messages/month, Taros branding in the widget, and built-in contact-form fallback when your monthly limit is reached.
Basic
For growing businesses. Basic includes 1,000 messages/month, 1 assistant with the option to add more, document uploads, custom forms, email lead delivery, and custom training and correction.
Pro
For teams with high volume. Pro includes 10,000 messages/month, 3 assistants, webhook support, AI-powered insights, and direct contact with our team.
Enterprise
Custom solutions for large organizations. Contact us to discuss.
How to pick
The main difference is monthly message allowance, assistant capacity, and workflow depth. Start with Starter if you're testing on a live site. Basic handles most real support use cases. Pro is for high-volume teams that need webhooks, more assistants, and deeper insight into conversations.
